Chocolate For The Spirit’s gourmet, Artisan chocolates are all handmade, use superior European chocolate, the freshest cream and butter (local and organic preferred), and are highlighted with fruit purees, exotic spices, nuts and flavor combinations to create their signature gourmet delights.

Founded by Julie Bolejack, the idea for CFTS came about during a 2008 retreat to the Enchantment Resort in Sedona, Arizona, and operates on its original three-part mission: fulfill their customer’s needs, enrich their lives, and support those who need a helping hand. 

Today, Julie’s passion for food, love of chocolate, and desire to share her creations with others for their enjoyment, are the driving forces behind CFTS ongoing success.  Her ever-evolving menu of cocoa masterpieces – and commitment to using only fresh, superior chocolates, made using the best ingredients from around the world – continues to entice her customers as they anxiously await the unveiling of her next exploration into the artfully delicious world of chocolate.

We take our fabulous Swiss Chocolate (White, Milk or Dark Chocolate) and infuse it with a custom spice blend then heavily dot it with dried fruit and exotic nuts. Lightly touched with Pink Himalayan Salt (King of Salts in the Culinary world) garnished with edible gold – REAL GOLD!
